Compliance Considerations
Zing Medical Education abides by the codes of the ABPI and ABHI. We will always follow the relevant company as well as industry protocols when organising an advisory board meeting.
Advisor contracting is always consistent with fair market value (FMV) compensation for advisors’ preparation time and meeting attendance
Travel, accommodation, food and beverages (if appropriate) will be arranged as per ABPI and/or ABHI regulations
Content approval will be sought for materials for pre-reading, and presentations. We aim for 80% of the meeting time to be allocated for discussion
Attendee ratios are at least three advisors to every internal participant
